ジョルジオ・モロダーとのコラボレーション

>LP帯にエロティック・ホラー・サスペンス映画の文字が躍る『キャット・ピープル』のサウンドトラックはジョルジオ・モロダーとの共作が表題曲と「The Myth」の2曲で、ほかはシンセサイザーを駆使したオリジナル・スコアとなる。
『Low』のセッション時にボウイはイーノとドナ・サマーのアルバムを愛聴しており、そのプロデュースを手がけたのが今回のジョルジオ・モロダーだった。表題曲は『Let’s Dance』収録のヴァージョンとはずいぶん異なるため未聴の方はぜひ聴いてみていただきたい。さらにサウンドトラック版が気に入ったという方には12インチ・ヴァージョンもお薦めだ。

国内盤はLPのみで未CD化。CDは輸入盤（US:MCAD-1498）のみ。
